This expansive hillside deck project in Loomis showcases the craftsmanship and structural expertise required to build safe, beautiful outdoor living spaces on elevated terrain. Randy and his wife needed to replace multiple aging decks on a challenging sloped property. Other contractors declined to bid, but our team stepped in with a confident design-build solution tailored to the unique topography.

The final build includes a large upper-level balcony, a middle landing with a built-in gate, and a stair system connecting each level down to the yard. One standout detail? The deck was built around an existing tree trunk, keeping the natural beauty of the space intact.
