Sarah’s Sacramento home was ready for a total outdoor transformation — and our team delivered. This 16x20 backyard deck project wasn’t just about adding square footage; it was about creating intentional, functional zones for lounging, dining, and gathering.

We designed a split-level composite deck that seamlessly integrates with the home’s existing concrete patio. The lower zone features a stylish lounge area with modern patio furniture and privacy-style slat fencing. The upper platform hosts a 10-seat outdoor dining table, perfect for entertaining.

A crisp white horizontal slat railing wraps the perimeter for safety and visual flow, while a custom stained retaining wall adds structure and blends into the landscaping.
