This backyard deck project began with a common challenge — a sloped yard that was underutilized and difficult to access. Lily and her husband envisioned extending their outdoor living space with a functional platform for relaxation, entertaining, and poolside enjoyment.

Our solution? A custom-built, low-elevation deck, carefully designed to level the grade and create a safe, comfortable outdoor area with full railing enclosure. Built on a slope with reinforced footings, this deck was completed in just five working days with meticulous attention to site leveling, drainage, and finish quality.

In addition, we upgraded the side yard entry gate, removing an old unstable wood gate and replacing it with a new, reinforced fence system—painted black to match the new railing system and provide a clean, cohesive look.

Can't believe David built this beautiful deck in 5 days! We have a small slope in the backyard, that makes my husband thinking about to expand the outdoor living space by having a deck. We are so glad to have David help us to finish this project with a very reasonable price!

David is the owner, but he did show up and worked with his team everyday. He is very knowledgeable and understands what we want. I had to change the color of the deck material before the project start. David is very patient and helped me to decide the right color/material we like. He communicated with us whenever there is something comes up during the construction to make sure we are aware of it. He also built a nice and stable side yard gate for us to replace the shabby one we had for a while.
